Shawn and Tiffany currently live in Smyrna, TN.  Tiffany got promoted to Accounts Receivable Supervisor at a medical management company and is enjoying the new responsibilities and challenges.  She is 'holding down the fort' in many ways while Shawn is in school full-time pursuing a master of science in social work from the University of Tennessee (like a fish out of water for him since he is a Bama boy).  Shawn is interning at a geriatric psyche ward of a hospital and enjoying his time working with patients suffering from dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and depression.  Shawn is a First Lieutenant with the Tennessee Army National Guard and is acting Executive Officer of his company (so second in charge behind the commander).  Tiffany's younger sister Tara just gave birth on Jan 3rd to a beautiful baby girl.  This brings the count to 15 nieces and nephews of theirs.  God has continued to bless them with time together and loving hearts.

In May 2008 Shawn got his 2nd masters degree with another 4 point grade average this time with a degree in Counseling and Physiology from University of Tennessee. He is now looking for a job with the Veterans Administration when one comes along but as he is on alert to go overseas with the Tennessee National guard he is figuring he will keep the med solutions job he has  for the time being.
